Redeeming Crypto Balance in Shopify Checkout
Having a wallet full of digital currencies is one thing, being able to use them in a Shopify store is another. We teamed up with our friends at Say Yeah to solve this problem for the Amino team.
The solution is a custom checkout extension that communicates with Amino app endpoints to convert $AMO balances to Shopify gift cards. The extension shows the customer's $AMO balance, the current conversion rate and automatically applies the gift card to the current order when conversion is successful.
